We have received an inquiry that is suitable for us. How do we proceed?
Send your offers directly to the inquirer. His contact is given on the right side of the inquiry page.
Is there any payment of commission from a closed trade?
Neither commissions nor any other fees apply to a closed trade.
There are no visible contact details for the requestor on the inquiry page?
Only registered users with active GOLD or PLATINUM membership can see contact details.
How do I register?
You can register using
this online form. Choose the membership plan and click the "Register" button. Fill in your email and desired password. After submission of the form, you will receive an email with the link to activate your account.
What are the advantages FREE membership?
With FREE membership plan you will have access to contact details on all inquiries for 14 days. You can add your company details to our Company directory.
What are the advantages of SILVER membership?
You can add your company contacts to our Company directory.
What are the advantages of GOLD membership?
With GOLD membership plan you will have access to contact details on all inquiries. You can also add advertising materials to your company profile that are visible in the company detail on our portal.
What are the advantages of PLATINUM membership?
With PLATINUM membership plan you will have access to contact details on all inquiries. You can add advertising materials to your company profile that are visible in the company detail on our portal. Your company banner will fly at the bottom of the homepage (there are 6 spots where we rotate banners of PLATINUM members). Your company is shown in TOP positions when searching for companies
here. Once your company product range is set up in your user panel, link to your company profile will be shown on the norm detail pages. From time to time you can present your business in NEWSLETTER to all subscribers. You can add news for your company, it will be displayed on your company profile page and on the main news section
here. Your company can offer overstock supplies to all visitors on our portal.
I'm registered, how to fill our corporate data?
Log in to the user panel using your email and password

There are also inquiries that are outside our business scope. How to set up the right inqueries?
Log in to the user panel and in the USER tab you can edit the categories you are interested in sending inquiries.
How can I update my company and business information?
Log in to the user panel and in the "Company" tab you can edit your company information.
How to add an article to news?
Only registered users with PLATINUM membership can add news and articles. If you have this type of membership, please log in to the user panel and in the "Company news" tab you can add an article. After we check and approve the article, it will be published on the website.
I lost my password, what should I do?
Email us at info@fasteners.eu and we will send you a temporary password. You can change your password in the User tab after loging into your user panel.
How do I cancel sending inquiries?
If you want us to stop sending you inquiries, please send your request via e-mail to info@fasteners.eu.
