We work to National and International Standards, including BS, DIN, NFE, ANSI, SIS or to your own specifications, and produce a wide range of fasteners, including:

External Drive 秘密研究所
A wide range of headed bolts can be manufactured, including Hexagon Heads, Square Heads, Round Heads, Hexagon Flange Bolts, 12-Points (Bi-Hexagon), Foundation Bolts, Tee Heads, etc.

Internal Drive 秘密研究所
We produce socket products, including Socket Head Capscrews, Low Head Capscrews, Socket Countersunk Screws and Socket Setscrews, and have developed a unique system of socket production, which eliminates internal 鈥榝lash鈥�, thus ensuring correct key engagement.

We also produce bolts and screws with slotted drive, cross recessed drive (Phillips), Hexalobular drive, and with security pin.

Studs and Studbolts
Our range includes fully threaded studbolts, double-ended (engineers鈥�) studs, single-ended studs, waisted or collared studs.

Nuts and Washers
We can manufacture all types of nuts, hexagon full nuts, jam (thin) nuts, all-metal self-locking nuts, nylon insert locknuts, 12-point nuts. Also washers to suit, including flat washers, chamfered washers, spherical washers, spring washers, etc

Special Components
We regularly produce special precision turned parts to customers鈥� drawings.

Further processing
Plating or coating can be arranged to suit customers鈥� requirements, including Zinc, Cadmium, Nickel, Hot Dip Galvanising, Phosphating and PTFE Coating.

Testing
A full range of destructive and non-destructive testing can be arranged, including tensile, stress, rupture, impact, hardness, corrosion, proof load, MPI, ultrasonic, and dye penetrant.

Inspection and Certification
All critical materials are supplied with certification to BS EN 10204/3.1 as a minimum, and if specified, third party inspection can be arranged with any of the leading agencies, including Lloyds, Det Norske Veritas, Bureau Veritas, TUV, etc.

Packing & Despatch
Finished products can be stamped/etched, packed, labelled and despatched in accordance with customers' specific requirements.
